If you can’t back up your opinions with user testing results of at least 10 of your target users/buyers, then you my friend, are probably talking out of your ass.

  1. Pithy but pretty damn accurate! It’s easy to fall into the trap of assuming the way you think & interact with the world is the same way your users think & interact with the world – but you aren’t your customer!

    Unless you can actually get your hands dirty and talk to people outside the bubble of your SaaS startup, you’re operating on less than guesswork – you’re actively biasing your decisions.
